After the 2022 reorganisation of districts in Andhra Pradesh, the old Kadapa region continued as YSR Kadapa district, while constituencies such as Rajampet and Kodur became part of the newly formed Annamayya district. In the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections, several key leaders were elected across these reorganised constituencies. In YSR Kadapa, Dasari Sudha won from Badvel (SC) and Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was re-elected from Pulivendula (YSRCP), where he serves as the President of the YSR Congress Party and YSRCP Floor Leader. Other significant winners include Reddeppagari Madhavi (TDP, Whip) from Kadapa, Putha Krishna Chaitanya Reddy (TDP) from Kamalapuram, Nandyala Varada Rajula Reddy (TDP) from Proddatur, and Putta Sudhakar Yadav (TDP) from Mydukur. In Annamayya district, Akepati Amarnath Reddy (YSRCP) was elected from Rajampet and Arava Sreedhar (JSP, Whip) won from Kodur (SC), while Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy (TDP, Minister of Transport, Youth & Sports) secured Rayachoti. The updated political results indicate continuing support for both YSRCP and the TDP–JSP alliance in the region and have been incorporated here to reflect the latest official administrative boundaries and election outcomes.
